Overview

Stimulate your skin’s natural renewal

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses a device with fine needles to create thousands of tiny micro-injuries in the skin. This stimulates your body's natural healing response, boosting the production of collagen and elastin, the building blocks of healthy, youthful skin.

It is a safe and effective treatment for improving skin texture, tone, and overall appearance, with little downtime. At Radiant Health Clinic, each microneedling session includes a gentle mini facial to prepare the skin beforehand, and targeted serums are applied during treatment to enhance results.

  • Reduces acne and surgical scars
  • Improves skin texture and tone
  • Minimises enlarged pores
  • Boosts collagen for firmer skin
  • Reduces fine lines and pigmentation
  • Minimal downtime

Common questions

Common questions

Does microneedling hurt?

Most patients experience mild discomfort, a scratching or tingling sensation. Topical anaesthetic can be applied on request for more sensitive patients.

How many sessions do I need?

We recommend a course of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results. You may notice improvement after a single session.

Is there any downtime?

Redness and sensitivity for 24–48 hours is normal. Most patients return to work the following day.

Can microneedling treat acne scars?

Yes. Microneedling is one of the most effective treatments for acne scarring, stimulating collagen remodelling in the scar tissue.

What is the difference between microneedling and PRP microneedling?

PRP microneedling combines standard microneedling with the application of platelet-rich plasma, enhancing the regenerative and collagen-stimulating effects for superior results.
