Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of medical and aesthetic services by Radiant Health Clinic. **Service Provider:** Radiant Health Clinic, Horncastle & Skegness, Lincolnshire. A CQC-registered practice. ## Medical and aesthetic services - All treatments are provided by qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioners - A consultation is mandatory before any treatment - Informed consent is required for all procedures - Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed - Minimum age 18+ for most treatments ## Appointments and booking - 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations - Same-day cancellations may be subject to a charge - Your appointment may be shortened if you arrive late - Payment is due at the time of service ## Patient responsibilities - Provide a complete and accurate medical history - Follow all post-treatment instructions - Attend recommended follow-up appointments - Report any concerns immediately ## Liability - Professional indemnity insurance is maintained at all times - Liability is limited to the direct costs of corrective treatment - We accept no liability for failure to achieve a desired aesthetic outcome ## Data protection - Medical records are maintained for 8 years - Data is stored and processed in a GDPR-compliant manner - Patient confidentiality is strictly maintained ## Complaints We operate an internal complaints process. Regulatory matters may be raised with the CQC, and professional matters with the NMC. We prefer independent mediation before any legal action.
