Overview
Sustainable, medically supervised weight loss
We offer medically approved weight loss treatments using Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) and Wegovy (Semaglutide), two highly effective injectable medications designed to support long-term, sustainable weight loss alongside a healthy lifestyle.
Both medications are prescription-only and work by regulating appetite and blood sugar, reducing hunger, and helping you feel fuller for longer. Wegovy contains semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Mounjaro contains tirzepatide, which activates both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, offering dual-action appetite control and enhanced metabolic benefits.
As Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Independent Prescribers, Anna and Kayte can legally prescribe, oversee, and adjust your programme. Every patient receives a full medical assessment before starting, and ongoing support throughout.
- Clinically proven, patients can lose 15–20% of body weight
- Reduces hunger, cravings, and portion sizes
- Supports healthier blood sugar and cholesterol levels
- Non-surgical, minimally invasive approach
- Prescription and ongoing support from Independent Prescribers
- Builds sustainable habits alongside lifestyle changes

Common questions
Common questions
Am I suitable for medical weight management?
You may be suitable if you have a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a weight-related health condition. A full medical assessment is required to confirm suitability and rule out any contraindications.
What are the side effects?
The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and constipation, particularly when starting or increasing your dose. These usually improve over time. Our team will support you in managing any side effects throughout the programme.
How long will I be on the medication?
This depends on your goals and medical profile. Most patients follow a 3–12 month programme. We will discuss the right duration for you at your consultation.
What happens when I stop the medication?
Weight loss medications work best alongside long-term lifestyle changes. We provide nutrition and lifestyle support throughout your programme to help you maintain your results after completing treatment. A maintenance plan is available.
Can I access this if I already have a prescription from elsewhere?
Yes. Our Ad Hoc Support option is designed for patients who are already obtaining medication elsewhere but would benefit from additional clinical guidance, nutritional advice, or progress support.
